Driftwood are a talented covers band from West Sussex, specialising in Weddings, Corporate Events, Parties and Club entertainment.

We present a unique blend of music, performing classic hits from the 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's, 00's right up to the present day.

We suit many musical tastes and have a large repertoire of songs, from disco numbers to rock anthems to relaxing ballads. We can always tailor our performance to suit your requirements.

Driftwood offer excellent sound and lighting combined with fantastic music, to create an atmosphere that will keep your guests dancing all night long. We don't use any backing tracks as we like to keep our music real.

If you require a special song for your occasion, then please let us know in advance and we will be happy to play it for you.

Thanks to Laura and all the Driftwood guys for making my wedding reception so special last month. The guys played a great range of music to suit all ages and were more than happy for us to pick our favourites from their repetoire - 'We Are Family' in particular! They even found time to learn 500 miles by the Proclaimers for a bit of fun. The choice of preshow and interval music was excellent too.

Well done Driftwood, a great party band with great sound (not too loud!) and subtle atmospheric lighting.

I would certainly recommend them. Certainly beats a boring DJ and also provided a great focal point that the non-dancers amongst the guests were happy to watch.

"Thank you Laura and Driftwood for playing at my daughter's party. We had about 36 kids of all ages but mostly 10 & 11 year olds.

Everybody had a brilliant time, the girls pretty much danced the night away. Parents who stayed for the evening had a fantastic time as well. They all thought the band were great... and they were!

They played songs my daughter likes, even learning some just for her! They tailored the evening at an appropriate level for the kids and I think went above and beyond the call of duty with games and presents. I particularly liked the messages in a bottle - inspired! They worked hard to get the kids involved and obviously enjoyed what they were doing. Special mention has to go to handy helper Wayne who worked as hard as the band!

I would recommend Driftwood to anyone, and I already have. They will definitely be my first choice in the future. Thank you all for giving our daughter a night to remember."

"Thanks for a brilliant night on Saturday at The Bersted Tavern. What a great band! By the end of the evening, the atmosphere was electric. It's the second time we've seen Driftwood play, and this time I just had to e-mail you.

All our crowd, from the youngest at 20 to the oldest at 50, had a fantastic time - something for everyone. Particularly enjoyed 'Bad Moon Rising' (loved the jivers!), and Lily Allen 'Smile'. Haven't got to my feet for a dance since I left college eons ago, but couldn't resist getting up with the rest to do justice to your superb cover of Tina Turner's 'Simply the Best'.

Also really like The Pretenders 'Brass in Pocket' and, of course, Guns 'n Roses 'Sweet Child 'O Mine' encore. Will definitely be coming along to the Thomas A' Beckett gig on 22nd. Rock on, Driftwood!!"
